Description

The 2014 vintage is considered one of the most harmonious and expressive recent vintages of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti. After a challenging season, the estate succeeded in obtaining grapes of exceptional quality thanks to warm and stable weather at the end of the ripening period. Romanee-Conti 2014 demonstrates the estate’s signature multilayered complexity and depth while maintaining an open and refined character. Critics especially noted the silky structure, purity of the fruit profile, and the wine’s ability to open up much earlier compared to the more tannic vintages from the beginning of the decade.
