Description
Compatibility
Perfect with fish, white meat, warm goat cheese salad and sole meunière. Also an excellent aperitif wine.
Color
Pale gold with light green highlights.
Scent
Delicate and floral on the nose, with notes of fresh butter, a hint of vanilla and subtle oak.
Taste
Fresh and powerful on the palate with a barely perceptible hint of oak, finishing with yellow peach and fresh hazelnut.
