The wine is full-bodied, with rich and complex flavors. There are notes of dark fruit like blackcurrant and blackberry, as well as spicy notes like black pepper and hints of vanilla and oak from aging in barrels. The tannins are firm and well-structured, giving the wine a good balance of acidity and fruitiness.
