Intensely flinty, youthful nose, then tight and highly structured on the palate, this white Burgundy has been built to last and demands some patience to get the best out of it. As it aerates, a wide spectrum of citrus-zest and fresh-nut aromas unfurl. Lovely, creamy texture on the mid-palate than a delicately chalky finish. Drinkable now, but best from 2023.
