This pinot noir has a very authentic Burgundian personality, with an attractive interplay of cherry and earth aromas plus a touch of bark character. Sleek and emphatically dry on the medium-bodied palate, it has a healthy backbone of tannins and bright acidity that moves it briskly across the palate. Nice savory and earthy notes in the surprisingly long finish. Drink or hold.

Deep ruby-cherry, saturated, transparent and beckoning.
Scent
Fresh berries — cherry, raspberry, red currant, with delicate earthy and woody shades, light spicy nuances (pepper, nutmeg) and a bready note.
Taste
Medium-bodied, elegant and balanced: juicy red and black berries, cherries and prunes, emphasized by fresh acidity and fine but pleasant tannins. The woody and spicy component adds depth, the finish is fresh, fruity and earthy, long-lasting.
