The taste of the wine is fresh, well-structured and balanced, with bright acidity, delicate notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, lime and minerals, nuances of neroli oil, herbs, asparagus and flowers. The finish is full-bodied, with smoky mineral tones and hints of juniper.
