This has excellent concentration and power, showing aromas of smoked almonds, pears, nutmeg and white flowers. It’s dry and minerally with plenty of texture and density. Salty at the end. 1.7 g/L dosage. Disgorged November 2024. Drink or hold.

Bright and expressive: white flowers, citrus zest, ripe white fruits (pear/apple), and a mineral note.

The palate offers citrus, white fruits, and a light creaminess, supported by lively acidity and a distinctive mineral structure. The texture is dense, with energetic acidity and a long, slightly salty, and balanced finish.
