Compatibility
The wine is amazingly combined with various dishes of Italian and French cuisine, not dominating them, but only emphasizing their taste. It opens especially well when paired with game, hearty meat dishes, beef, truffles, pasta with meat sauce and traditional hard cheeses from Piedmont. Decanting is recommended before serving.

Wine of bright pomegranate color.
Scent
Feminine, seductive aroma of the wine is filled with hints of strawberry, cherry, hibiscus flowers, rose, dry plum, leather, tobacco and strong vanilla notes.
Taste
The rounded taste of the wine demonstrates layers of shades of black and red berries, spicy spices and flowers, as well as subtle, elastic tannins, nuances of tobacco, oak and pepper. The finish ends with notes of minerals and mint.
