The wine has a well-structured, refined taste with dense tannins and fresh acidity. The basis of the palette is made up of fruity undertones, as well as notes of currant and raspberry. The piquancy is provided by touches of anise, white pepper and orange peel. The finish is long, complex and enchanting.
