Fresh coconut pulp with barely noticeable notes of vanilla and caramel. The bouquet is reminiscent of grated coconut, coconut flan or soft coconut dessert.
Taste
Soft and velvety: a pronounced coconut taste with a slight bitterness of nuts and notes of vanilla. The aftertaste is a dry creamy note of coconut with a hint of caramel.
