Description
Compatibility
This is a great whisky neat or on the rocks.
Color
Its color is golden with honeyed highlights.
Scent
Notes of baked apples, pears, vanilla, almond and a subtle hint of wax. After adding a few drops of water, floral notes of daffodils, jasmine and heather honey emerge. Finally, sweet pastry appears.
Taste
Both buttery and spicy, with a burst of sweetness from baked pears, caramel apples, marzipan, anise and chocolate praline, as well as subtle notes of citrus, eucalyptus and a hint of charcoal.
