Color

The deep amber-gold color with copper highlights is the result of long maceration on the skins and aging in amphorae.

Scent

A rich and multi-layered bouquet with notes of persimmon, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange peel, caramel, honey and apricot. There are also hints of white truffles and quince paste, highlighting the mineral character of the wine.

Taste

A full-bodied, dry and multi-layered wine with bright acidity and a silky texture. The taste includes notes of dried apricot, pear, citrus and spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Long aftertaste with mineral and nutty notes.
