Color
Good intensity remains despite the long service life. The rim is dominated by shades with a vivid reflection of the cherry tones of youth.
Scent
Complex and mineral, it combines notes of ripe Tempranillo fruit with vibrant spices and the aromatic herbs of Graziano. The common denominator is barrel aging with hints of tobacco, chamomile and a character of the age. Its background is sweetly reminiscent of honey, vanilla, dried fruits and nuts.
Taste
Refinement and refinement at the entrance, typical of Sonsierra's DNA, driven by the sublime acidity characteristic of Graziano. The finish points to the tannin skeleton of grapes and oak, which gives a sharper tactile sensation, but at the same time is very elegant.
