Color
Despite the long service life, the intensity remains good. The rim is dominated by shades with a lively reflection of the cherry tones of youth.
Scent
Complex and mineral, it combines notes of ripe Tempranillo fruit with vibrant spices and the aromatic herbs of Graziano. The common denominator is barrel aging with hints of tobacco, chamomile and a character of the time. Its background sweetly resembles honey, vanilla, dried fruits and nuts.
Taste
Refinement and refinement at the beginning, typical of Sonsierra's DNA, driven by the sublime acidity characteristic of Graziano. The finish gives an idea of the tannin skeleton of grapes and oak, which evoke sharper tactile sensations, but at the same time are very elegant.
