Scent
The cognac has a complex aroma, which first opens with enveloping shades of dried fruits (pear, fig), which are replaced by deeper notes of black pepper and chocolate. The aroma is softened by spicy notes of cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. Light shades of oak are also detected in the aroma.
Taste
The cognac has an elegant, strong and balanced taste with notes of dried fruits and chocolate. The harmony and roundness of the taste are emphasized by strong shades of pepper and oak notes. The aftertaste is pleasant, long-lasting, with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
