The wine goes well with seafood dishes, salads and appetizers with a spicy dressing, fish marinated in orange zest with pink pepper, white meat with spicy mayonnaise.

The taste of the wine is round, rich, dense, perfectly balanced, with fresh crisp acidity, tones of ripe fruits, especially orange zest, and a lively, invigorating, long aftertaste.
