Color
The color is yellow gold with a touch of luminous copper elements.
Scent
The aroma combines the floral scent of an iris garden with notes of “spicy-sweet” balsam and the exotic aroma of sandalwood. As it unfolds, the senses are attacked by aromas of dried fruits, figs and prunes. Finally, sensual spicy elements appear.
Taste
The taste is truly vinous with great liveliness. Pinot Noir reveals powerful fruit aromas, enriched with notes of almond and a hint of vanilla. Chardonnay is refreshing on the palate, with hints of pastry flavours. The finish is long, complex and intense, with a soothing note of white truffles of Alba. Josephine’s style can be described in two words: Intensity and Balance.
