Compatibility
Whiskey is recommended to be consumed in its pure form with ice, as well as with the addition of a small amount of water, the drink is perfect as a digestif and aperitif. Whiskey goes well with cookies and Roquefort.
Color
Whiskey light amber color.
Scent
Sweet green peat and tangy apples are fire in a damp orchard. Salty notes are balanced by sweet fruity notes and a hint of anise: fruit salads, perhaps with a touch of blackjack. Earthy notes are heard from saline and menthol.
Taste
Very mineral forward - ahead of the cracked stone and stone puddles. Dry yet sweet, with pink shrimp sweetness balanced with cheeky BBQ smoke, damp earth and peat. Menthol and spices are combined with fireballs of cinnamon, softened by fruit candies: lemon medallions and orange candies.
