It has a bright golden color.
Scent
The aroma is fresh with lemon and soft floral aromas. Delicate and refined, it is fresh, sharp and piercing, but also layered and rich.
Taste
On the palate, the bitter lemon zest mixes with the honeyed orange and some of the savory elements of the pie crust, adding real character. A hint of wood still shines through in contrast to the fruit, which still shows its youth. After a few minutes, all the flavors seem much brighter in the glass, more challenging and expressive. Breathtakingly precise, dry and fresh.
