The Champagne has a beautiful golden color with greenish highlights and sparkling fine perlage.
Scent
In a complex, expressive bouquet, shades of spring flowers, citrus peel and pear are intertwined with notes of anise and crushed chalk. After aeration, the rich aromatic range gradually complements the tones of dried fruits, cocoa beans, lightly roasted hazelnuts and vanilla.
Taste
On the palate, the wine demonstrates extraordinary energy, roundness, volume and elegant silky texture, which has become the hallmark of Louis Roederer. Acidity, slight saltiness, bright fruity aromas and elegant refreshing minerality - all this creates an impression of absolute harmony. The wine ends with an exquisite long aftertaste, in which the nuances of lemon, fresh pastries and chamomile are clearly felt.
