Taste
A rich combination of dried fruits and citrus at first, and this gradually develops into a rich peat smoke. It's a wonderful contrast, as if the whiskey is made up of two parts, allowing the palate to penetrate before being enveloped by sweet peat notes. Long, sweet dried fruit with a lingering sweet peat flavor.
