The Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is a limited-edition single malt that launched The Macallan’s innovative Harmony Collection, dedicated to sustainable design and gastronomic inspiration. The release was created in collaboration with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca and inspired by the world of chocolate and cacao. Carefully selected European and American oak casks were used to enhance the whisky’s signature chocolate and oak-driven character. One of the defining elements of the release is its sustainable packaging, crafted using recycled cacao husks.
