The Harmony Collection is The Macallan's limited-edition series built around sustainability and collaboration: each chapter is inspired by a natural ingredient or a creative partner, and is presented in packaging made from repurposed natural materials. The series began in 2021 with Rich Cacao, created with chocolatier Jordi Roca, and continued with Fine Cacao, the coffee-inspired Intense Arabica and Smooth Arabica, Amber Meadow and Green Meadow with Stella and Mary McCartney, Vibrant Oak and Guardian Oak for the distillery's bicentenary, the tea-inspired Phoenix Honey Orchid and Cherry Wood Lapsang created with JING Tea, and finally Fresh Coconut and Toasted Coconut. This set brings the twelve releases together in one collection. Complete sets are rare, as several bottlings were made only for travel retail.

Compatibility

Made for a side-by-side tasting of the whole series. Pair the Cacao and Arabica bottlings with dark chocolate or coffee desserts, the Meadow and Coconut editions with fruit tarts or tropical fruit. Serve neat at room temperature, with a few drops of water if desired.
Color

From pale gold in the lighter, American-oak-led editions to deep amber in the sherry-rich European oak releases.

Each edition follows its theme: dark chocolate and dried fruit, roasted coffee, orange blossom honey and citrus, vanilla and orchard fruit, tea and stone fruit, creamy and toasted coconut.
