Scent

The aroma is dominated by sweet citrus notes of ripe blood grapefruit and blood orange. There are also floral notes of elderflower. Over time, the gin opens up and reveals notes of juniper and soft coriander.

Taste

A bright taste with a clear character of juniper, sweet clementines and mango. A delicate bitterness and a slight bitterness in the mouth come from many citrus notes, among which the most noticeable is blood grapefruit. The aftertaste is unusually long.
