Scent

Intensely spicy (juniper, caraway, star anise, pepper), softening to licorice, sweet almond and fresh fruits (apricot, strawberry). Gradually becomes floral (lilac, violet), empyrean (pine and cypress) and peaty (damp earth).​

Taste

A refreshing, balanced distillate characterized by hazelnut, spices (clove, cinnamon, nutmeg) and citrus (grapefruit, lemon). Its texture becomes smoother and milkier as it develops (coconut, crème fraîche).
