Description
Compatibility
Vegetable risotto, eggs and savoury pies, steamed fish or crustaceans, white meat and fresh cheeses. Serve at 10-12 °C.
Color
Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Scent
Sage, elderflower and aromatic herbs with ripe yellow fruit and tropical notes of mango and passion fruit.
Taste
Fresh and soft, with good sapidity and balance; energetic and linear, juicy, with a long, mineral finish. Collio DOC; cold maceration, gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel and about six months on fine lees.
