The wine is recommended to be served with meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
Color
The wine has a luminous ruby red color with a slightly light edge.
Scent
The first notes of the wine's unusual aroma are spicy nuances and piquant shades reminiscent of barbecue and bacon, teriyaki sauce and smoke from a burnt walnut tree. Then there are multiple fruit and berry tones (blackberry, cherry, mulberry, blueberry), nuances of sweet spices, tobacco leaves and leather.
Taste
The taste of the wine is full, with dense and sweetish tannins, notes of tobacco and spices in a long, persistent aftertaste.
