A rich golden color.
Scent
Opens with an intricate mix of fruit including nectarines, ripe melon, green apple and apricot. A robust pot still spice base, showcasing freshly peeled ginger and crushed peppercorns, works in tandem with aromatic aged grain notes of dried flowers and a delicious golden syrup. Oak continues to open up, adding vanilla notes, paired with the sweetness of honeycomb and freshly roasted coffee beans.
Taste
Succulent at first, with juicy fruit and a distinctive creaminess, alongside a herbal quality similar to chamomile tea. The pot spice adds depth and intrigue as it weaves in amongst the floral grain qualities that linger throughout. The charred oak influence continues to build over time, creating additional complexity as woody spices complement the omnipresent candied orange and dried apricot fruits.
