Description
Compatibility
A natural partner for seafood dishes and delicate white meats with light sauces, as well as fish soups and simple pasta.
Color
Pale and bright, with green reflections.
Scent
Intense and persistent: white flowers, Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, thyme and sage, and fresh green notes.
Taste
Crisp and fresh with a long finish. Vermentino from 30-year-old vines on limestone and clay in south-eastern Sardinia, fermented in steel with natural yeasts and aged about four months on fine lees (sur lie) with bâtonnage.
