The wine opens well in combination with grilled chorizo sausage, lasagne, grilled lamb.
Color
The wine has an intense dark ruby color with a purple tint.
Scent
The rich and multifaceted aroma of the wine is woven from halftones of blackberries, ripe cherries and plums. The luscious bouquet is decorated with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate, as well as plant and mineral touches.
Taste
The wine exhibits a complex but well balanced taste. From the first seconds of the tasting, the accord reveals notes of currant, eucalyptus and pepper, gradually touches of cherry and blackberry are added to them. The sound ends with a long aftertaste with expressive mineral undertones.
