Compatibility
It is recommended to decant the wine at least an hour before drinking. Opus One is served with mature cheeses, noble game, duck and lamb dishes, as well as hearty gourmet dishes.
Color
The wine is characterized by a deep red color with a garnet hue.
Scent
The aromatic bouquet of the wine is extremely fresh, has tones of bright red fruits, bay leaves and black currant, complemented by nuances of black tea and white pepper.
Taste
The taste of the wine has a creamy texture, which is enveloped in attractive tones of cherry blossoms and dark chocolate. With age, the drink acquires additional smoothness.
