The wine is recommended for dense dishes of gourmet cuisine, especially for dishes of noble game, duck and lamb, as well as mature cheeses. It is also recommended to decant the wine at least an hour before drinking.

Seductive, rich aroma of the wine reveals hints of dark fruits, black cherry, mulberry, raspberry, black currant and blackberry pie, complemented by floral and spicy nuances, tones of undergrowth, licorice, dusty soil, wild sage and mint.
Taste
The taste of the wine is round, silky, lively, elegant, perfectly balanced, fresh, with notes of black currant, cherry, raspberry and cocoa. Bright acidity perfectly complements the satin texture. Fine-grained tannins create a long, soft, delicate finish.
