Compatibility
An elegant, delicate wine will perfectly accentuate dishes made from delicate spring vegetables and roots, for example, asparagus and baby carrots, dishes from various poultry meat, and also set off desserts with vanilla and Meyer's lemon.
Color
The wine has a sparkling dress of pale yellow color with a subtle perlyage of tiny vigorous bubbles.
Scent
The aroma of champagne is incredibly versatile, delicate, elegant and perfectly balanced. The core of the bouquet consists of piercingly fresh, invigorating floral notes (bergamot, lemon and honeysuckle) and tones of yellow fruits (cherry plum and orange). Warm hints of vanilla sugar, butter and Madeleine French biscuits unfold very slowly as the wine is in the glass. Water color, barely discernible undertones of grapefruit, white peach, green pear, apple blossom and hazelnuts give the aroma a rounded harmonious sound.
Taste
Abundant, lively, round, harmonious, joyful taste of champagne is filled with notes of white flowers and mineral freshness. Long-lasting, floral aftertaste.
