The wine goes well with red meat, game, chicken on skewers and cheeses.
Color
The wine is dark ruby, almost black in color.
Scent
A very subtle and, at the same time, powerful aroma of wine is filled with tones of red and blue fruits, black currants, blackberries, spices, thyme and lavender, nuances of dried sage, sweetish shades of earth and Provencal herbs.
Taste
The taste of the wine is elegant, rich and round, perfectly structured and balanced, with high acidity, very fine tannins, notes of figs, cherries, black currants and fruit compote. The finish is smooth and delicate with excellent longevity.
