A sophisticated and multi-layered bouquet with dominant notes of linden blossom, string and grape floral freshness, complemented by subtle citrus accents - lemon zest and light mineral bitterness; the background woody tenderness from partial aging in barrels adds depth and complexity.
Taste
The taste is bright, clean and intense, with a clear, “crispy” acidity and excellent mineralization; The palate reveals juicy citrus notes and apple-pear nuances, followed by toasty nuances of warm bread and fresh apple on a long, dry finish.
