Rum can be used both in pure form and in cocktails.

Rum amber.
Scent
Complex and rather herbal, it starts off soft like a clarin, with rich notes of fermented fresh sugarcane juice balanced by Caribbean lime zest and juice like an authentic toddy with a touch of rose petals. It then develops on soursop and cloves.
Taste
Full, it follows the nose with a slightly more oaky and peppery profile, with green pepper, coconut and ginger at first, but mostly raw cane juice tasting. After that, it becomes more fruity on banana, nutmeg grapes, baked pear and apricot. The finish is very long with notes of almonds, raisins, honey and herbs.
