Champagne is a delicate golden-yellow color with golden tints. The effervescence of small bubbles leads to the formation of a creamy mousse.
Scent
The powerful and rich aroma of the wine reveals notes of apple, pear, almond, fresh pastries, minerals and dried fruits (apricot and grapes). If you give the champagne time to open up, you will be captivated by shades of eucalyptus, anise, graphite and linden blossom.
Taste
The taste of the wine is very fresh, deep, rich and bright, with a frank attack, excellent linearity, a good balance between liveliness and roundness, a magnificent mineral drive, tones of lemon and Brioche bun and a very long, complex, perfectly balanced aftertaste.
