Color
The color is clear and golden.
Scent
The nose opens with notes of spice and pepper. This is followed by a good intensity of black fruits, showing the fine concentration and density of the wine. The complexity is obvious: a bouquet of dried fruits and hazelnuts, layered with notes of exotic fruits. The aromas are particularly open and impressive.
Taste
On the palate, notes of candied fruit accompany hints of pastry, brioche and cocoa, wide and filling the mouth. Delightfully structured, a large proportion of Pinot Noir gives the roundness and seriousness that one would expect from this cuvée. Despite the relative youth of the wine, it begins to show some smoky heaviness and good grip with a wide, rich and long acidity. Full-bodied and generous, the wine reaches a climax with a stunning length.
