Regi Champagne is made by former sommelier Christophe Regi, who, after many years of work with gastronomic restaurants and Michelin chefs, decided to create his own style based on the purity of the terroir and long ageing on the lees. The cuvée is built on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the best Grand Cru sites. The 15-litre format is called Nabuchodonosor and is considered one of the rarest and most spectacular. Such bottles are produced exclusively in small batches and are intended mainly for collectors' cellars, major gastronomic events and prestigious private collections.

The large volume allows the Champagne to develop considerably more slowly and more harmoniously: in a bottle of this size the wine keeps its freshness and the finesse of its perlage for longer, gradually acquiring more complex nutty, creamy and mineral shades. This is precisely why large formats are especially prized by collectors.
