Regi Champagne is made by former sommelier Christophe Regi, who, after many years of work with gastronomic restaurants and Michelin chefs, decided to create his own style based on the purity of the terroir and long ageing on the lees. The cuvée is built on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the best Grand Cru sites.

The large volume allows the Champagne to develop considerably more slowly and more harmoniously: in a bottle of this size the wine keeps its freshness and the finesse of its perlage for longer, gradually acquiring more complex nutty, creamy and mineral shades. This is precisely why large formats are especially prized by collectors.

Compatibility

The Champagne opens up especially harmoniously with oysters, tuna tartare, scallops, ceviche, caviar and light appetisers. The freshness of the citrus notes and the noble creamy texture beautifully underline the purity of the seafood and the delicate saltiness of the dishes.

An expressive nose combines notes of stone fruit, quince and baked apple with shades of citrus zest, candied ginger, honey, dried fruit and fresh pastry.
Taste

On the palate, an impressive balance between freshness and depth. The fine, delicate perlage supports notes of citrus fruit, baked apple, dried fruit and pastry, gradually moving into creamier, nutty and mineral shades. Thanks to the long ageing and the large bottle format, the palate remains particularly harmonious, ample and lingering.
