The aroma is very intense and is primarily characterized by notes of ripe yellow stone fruits and citrus zest. The Mediterranean character is also clearly felt.
Taste
The taste is very dry, clean, with perfectly integrated acidity and an emphasis on citrus tones - lime comes to the fore. Despite the dryness, the taste remains quite juicy. The aftertaste is very lively and invigorating.
