The wine will make a great combination with pasta with a creamy sauce, grilled chicken or chicken meat with a gentle avocado mousse.

The wine has a pale straw color.
Scent
The fresh aroma of wine beckons with notes of lemon peel, green apple, minerals and honeysuckle flowers, complemented by hints of stone fruit, brioche and crushed stone. When aerated, nuances of green almonds and sea salt appear.
Taste
The taste of the wine is rich, deep and energetic, with bright acidity, which is in perfect harmony with the creamy texture, spicy saltiness. On the palate, woody notes that add depth and complexity intertwine with hints of lime peel, macadamia nut, hawthorn, dried pineapple, salted caramel and buttered toast. The finish is long, fresh.
