Rosebank was one of the most celebrated Lowland distilleries until it fell silent in 1993, becoming a ghost distillery whose remaining casks are prized by collectors. After Ian Macleod Distillers acquired the brand, the distillery in Falkirk was rebuilt with stills made to the original blueprints. This 31 Year Old, Release Two, was distilled in 1990, before the closure, and bottled at 48.1% ABV. Presented in a gift box, it is a rare chance to taste Rosebank from the original distillery.
