Intense and multi-layered. Dominant aromas of ripe citrus (grapefruit, lemon), white peaches, green apple, as well as nuances of minerals, smoke and fresh herbs.
Taste
Very dry, with pronounced acidity and a powerful structure. Mineral notes of volcanic soil give the wine a unique character. The aftertaste is salty and creamy, with bright freshness and long-lasting depth.
