The taste of the wine is linear, rather strict, with notes of dried cherries, plowed earth, cola, espresso, licorice and balsamic, complemented by nuances of blue flowers and lilacs that add elegance, fine-grained, astringent tannins, balanced acidity and a long, smooth, dry finish with subtle malty nuances.
