Description
Cornish Dry: Fresh, crisp and bright juniper aromas. Light spice, orange blossom and a hint of cardamom. Creamy, dry with delicate green pine notes and subtle frangipane. Crisp and clean on the finish, with lingering citrus zest and oriental spice.
Rhubarb & Raspberry: Fresh, piney juniper still acting as the backbone of the gin, with notes of blackberry crumble, wild berries and sweet spice. Summer pudding and frangipani on the palate with a zesty, sherbet finish and the fragrant sweetness of wildflower honey.
British Blackberry: Lemon sherbet, fresh raspberry and soft juniper on the nose. Rhubarb sherbet, crisp pine and oriental spice on the palate. With a finish of tart raspberry jam, zesty citrus and frangipane.
Blood Orange: bright orange, pink grapefruit, rhubarb and raspberry on the nose, intense fruitiness with a bittersweet taste with a finish of summer berries and mandarin.
