Restrained wine with still toasty and straw-like aromas, together with an exquisite mix of yellow grapefruit and Mirabelles, balsamic and deep-set cedar. Full-bodied, tight and lightly phenolic, yet balanced by weight and silkiness. More gastronomic than usual and super savory. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.

Rich flavors of Honeycrisp apple, lemon curd, pickled ginger, raw hazelnut and vanilla wafer are honed by chiseled, fine china–like acidity, an interplay managed with pinpoint integration and balance. This is long and graceful, with real drive through the racy finish of white blossom, chalk, ground ginger and graphite notes. Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. Drink now through 2040. 333 cases made, 80 cases imported.
