This Chardonnay wine has a full, wide bouquet of refreshing and bright aromas of ripe yellow stone fruits and citrus, as well as shades of creamy and nutty notes of barrel fermentation and spicy oak notes, as well as subtle notes of lemon curd and creamy lactic acid milk.
Taste
The taste has shades of citrus fruits mixed with creamy barrel fermentation and nutty, spicy oak. The mouthfeel is enriched with integrated layers of lemon curd and the oily nuances of MLF. The palate has an underlying freshness with an acidic balance, and the wine flows along a fine textural line with creamy nutty notes leading to a persistent finish with toasted oak.
