James Suckling
A really bright and crunchy red with blackberry and black cherry aromas and flavors. Fresh sage, too. Some fresh flowers. It’s medium-bodied with fine tannins. Crisp at the end. 30% merlot, 30% cabernet sauvignon, 20% syrah, 10% cabernet franc, and 10% sangiovese. Drink or hold.

Ripe, succulent cherry and raspberry fruit signals this appealing red. Flashes of earth and iron add detail, while chalky tannins appear on the finish. Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Drink now through 2027. 12,500 cases made, 5,000 cases imported.
