The bouquet contains ripe berries such as blackberries and black currants, as well as pickled cherries. Spicy aromatic notes of prunes, currant jam, elegant oak and vanilla, as well as mineral notes of graphite, are the perfect complement.
Taste
On the palate, it reveals itself as an incredibly round, velvety, juicy and sweet red wine that perfectly expresses the terroir around Taranto on the Ionian Sea. The aftertaste is again full of fruit, extracts, velvety tannins and a subtle residual sweetness.
